Aromatherapy or Raindrop Recertification

All designations require 20 continuing education units (CEU) before your next certification renewal date:

A minimum of 10 CEU must be in aromatherapy studies, seminars or workshops, anatomy & physiology, clinical skills, protocols, research, coaching  Attending the yearly CARE Raindrop Intensive or Young Living Convention satisfies all 20 CEU's

A maximum of 10 CEU may be earned in healthcare, alternative healthcare, or self-improvement courses, seminars or workshops intended to improve the clinical skills and business practices of the aromatherapy professional. 

• Completing the Basic Skills Coaching Workshop earns 30 CEUs.
• Completing the Aromatherapy Intensive Workshop earns 75 CEUs

Instruction includes correspondence or Internet-based courses, audio or video tapes, telephone conferencing and face-to-face communications.  Please see On Line Training. There is no limit to the maximum number of CEU that may be applied to re-certification. CEUs may be retained for a maximum of 3 years towards recertification.

All CEU may apply to more than one NTCB certifications.  Dual certification does not require double CEU for re-certification.
